What's kept when you pick your nights
When you press the WhatsApp button in the calendar, the website keeps a note of the request so the host can see it in the admin panel: the nights you picked, the room type and number of rooms, how many adults and children, whether you asked for meals or the hot tub, the estimated total and the page language. Your name, phone number and IP address are not kept.
You send the message yourself, from the WhatsApp app. What happens to it there is covered by WhatsApp's own rules. The notes stay in the admin panel until the host deletes them.
The assistant
The assistant on this website answers right in your browser, from the information on the site. The questions you type aren't sent anywhere and aren't kept.
The map
The Google map only loads after you press “Show the map”. Until then, the page sends nothing to Google. Once loaded, Google's privacy policy applies.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie is the login cookie for the admin panel, set only on the host's computer. If we ever add visitor statistics, they will only start after you agree, and your choice will be remembered in your browser.
Who hosts the website
The website is hosted by Vercel, and the request notes are stored in a Turso database. Like any server, Vercel's may keep short-lived technical access logs, for security and to keep things running.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to know what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, on the phone number above. If you're not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro.
